Cancellation Policy

• To ensure your booking, pay 50% in advance.
• Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.
• No refunds for cancellations or those with less than 48 hours' notice.
• At the time of booking, provide exact proof of identity of the guest.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM and check-in time is 12:00 PM.
